GLOBE SALON: Your First Visit With Us
We understand that visiting a new salon can be a daunting experience, especially now. For that reason, it’s important to us that you understand our approach to our business, and to you. It goes without saying that we go out of our way to recruit exceptional hairdressing talents and support staff who will shine in our award-winning salon. We also are bound by sanitation rules and protocols set forth by the State of Nevada, and work hard to exceed them. We also consider ourselves a business of relationships and hospitality, and strive to make your visits with us a genuinely pleasant and personable experience, with results that make you smile.
To this end, we try to be as educational and transparent as possible when it comes to our services, our fees, and what to expect on each visit. Communication is key, so we urge you to not be shy about interacting with us about your desired outcome, making sure you are on the same page as your stylist, and within your budget, before work begins.
Some things to remember on your visits with us:
OUR FEES: We provide fee estimates on request, after consultation, so be sure to ask your stylist prior to the start of your services.
OUR RELATIONSHIP: We work hard to establish relationships with our guests, so please allow us time to get to know you and your hair. It may take more than one visit!
COLOR CHANGES: Not all color changes can be accomplished on a single visit, and you will know this during consultation. Please understand that maintaining the integrity of your hair is important to us.
ART & SCIENCE: Hair color is a combination of both, and sometimes things do not go predictably for a variety of reasons. This often happens on hair that has been colored at home and/or with “box color” so it is especially important that we understand the history of your hair. No judgment!
HAPPINESS: Your happiness is our happiness! If we make you happy, kindly share it with the world. If we don’t, please being any concerns directly to us within 36 hours of your service so we can help. Due to the nature of our services, we cannot offer fee refunds, but will do everything we can to address your concerns.
