DTLV: Globe Salon's Staci Linklater, Style Star of Downtown Las Vegas

The new downtown-focused publication and website DTLV is doing great things to chronicle the changes and progress underway in downtown Las Vegas. It also is going a long way toward fostering a meaningful dialogue by engaging those who live, work and play in the area.
