GLOBE SALON CELEBRATES 20 YEARS
Vegas Born, Nationally Recognized

(LAS VEGAS, OCT 31, 2020) — The locally-born, nationally recognized, and standard-setting Globe Salon celebrates 20 years of making Las Vegas beautiful on October 31, 2020. The salon currently has two locations: One in the Downtown Las Vegas Arts District at Soho Lofts (2012), and one on the doorstep of Summerlin in the Rampart Commons luxury lifestyle center (2019).

Starting with the salon’s initial location at Charleston and Decatur boulevards (2000, relocated in 2012), Glob Salon and its team have worked hard to set the standard with luxe salons that elevate the guest experience while offering professional career opportunities to some of the top hairdressers in Las Vegas. Founded and led by two Las Vegas natives, Globe Salon is a legacy Nevada business, having opened on Nevada Day in 2000.

“We are truly excited to reach the substantial milestone of twenty years in business in our hometown,” said Salon Director and company president Staci Linklater. “We are also humbled to have such a loyal team of professionals serving a wonderful group of guests who stuck with us through the challenges of 2020, helping us to get to this place.”

Rather than try to hold a celebration under the current gathering restrictions, Globe Salon will hold a signature celebration in October 2021. “Globe Salon will be turning 21 next year,” says Linklater, “and what better birthday to celebrate in Las Vegas than your twenty-first?”

Globe Salon was launched in 2000 by Staci Linklater and James Reza. The two Las Vegas natives have since leveraged Linklater’s personable approach and practiced skill set into two successful professional salons. Globe is infused with a welcome sense of professional accountability, modeling its business approach as one of relationships and hospitality. In 2008, Globe Salon was on the leading edge of Downtown redevelopment when it relocated to Soho Lofts in the Las Vegas Arts District.
